About Brittany
Hi, I'm Brittany Michel the owner and creator of Craved Weddings. Originally from San Diego, CA I began my Event Planning career and immediately fell in love with coordinating weddings and working with couples. I find it so fulfilling to help couples make their dream weddings come to life and to help families create cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
I've also worked as an Elementary School Teacher, Dance Instructor for kids and adults, and an Event Coordinator for large-scale events of up to 20,000+ in attendance (including San Diego Restaurant Week, San Diego Pride, and Mardi Gras in the Gaslamp to name a few). I thrive with organization and leave no detail unnoticed - I actually quite enjoy producing and executing event timelines!
In my spare time, I love to be outdoors with my family (7 year old daughter, 4 year old son, 2 year old daughter, and dog 'Mo'). Whether it be going to the beach, jogging through Palmetto Islands County Park, riding bikes downtown Charleston, or walking around Memorial Waterfront Park under the Ravenel Bridge, I love that there are so many charming places in the Charleston area for my family and I to explore together. I'm also an avid coffee drinker and enjoy a good glass of wine at the end of a busy day.

What we do...
PLAN. I know that the planning process can be a bit overwhelming and stressful at times, which is why I am here to help! I am extremely organized and love producing and managing timelines. Let me produce a timeline for your wedding day so you can enjoy the day stress-free and truly take in every moment.
COORDINATE. I am super friendly and easy to work with when it comes to working with you, your family, and your vendors. I will manage and coordinate all of your wedding details with every vendor so that you don't have to. I will be the main point of contact for all your vendors, family, and wedding party.
DESIGN. Need some design inspiration for your wedding, or help with your decor? I am very creative and would love to assist you with adding unique touches to set your wedding apart from the rest, and to leave your guests talking about your wedding for years to come! I work exclusively with a top-notch Calligrapher to help design and create any wedding signage you need.
DANCE. Let me create a custom choreographed dance for your first dance with your fiance, your mother-son dance, father-daughter dance, or for your wedding party to kick off the reception!
